Montevideo contains a range of hotels of distinct categories, from the most humble and economical to the most luxurious and internationally renowned hotel chains. Most hotels are found in the city centre, in neighbourhoods like Pocitos or Punta Carretas, which are easily accessible from all over.

This type of accommodation is reserved on a daily basis and includes breakfast. It is available all year round. During the high season (July, December, January and February) it is recommended to make reservations in advance.
